There is one of the Zeybek Electric's Co. kind of product is BESTRACK registered 19" Rack Cabinets and accessories.

Cabinets;

APPLICATION AREAS; Telecom sector,factories,companies,Data centers,banking,in- formatics,laboratories,CCTV systems,safe security applications etc. a lot of places racks used proper sizes.

CONTSRUCTIONAL  SPECIFICATIONS: Main frame body made by steel metal and coated with the electrostatic  powder coating methods on cleaned surface treatment.Inside galvanized steel verticals contains 9,5mm*9,5mm square holes according to the "U" sizes top-bottom steel metal base openable side panels(steel) tempered glass door or punched back-front doors  all body of the cabinet should be openable type of the product.  

19"RACK CABINETS STANDARTS:There are two types of standarts.One of it is; 

a)TS EN 61587-1 for mechanical strength.

b)TS EN IEC 60297-2 electronic equipment compliance(measures: 1"=2,54 cm and 1U=4,45 cm)

TYPE OF CABINETS: Are as;

  • Wall type rack cabinets
  • Standing type cabinets
  • Server type rack cabinets
  • Outdoor(IP 65-66) type rack cabinets

INSIDE EQUIPMENT(ACCESSORIES): According to the Project application;

  • There is also one PDU(power distiribution) unit which supply the power need inside of the cabinets equipments.This is sockets group.
  • Also inside of the cabinet the warm air circulation must be discharge out of the cabinet which means air flow from the inside to the outside must always need for this reason suitable fans group can used in side of the cabinets.Also includes a temparature control unit 
  • Suitable castors group could used for the standing cabinets
  • There are also would be for fix to the floor an apparatus,connecting piece one by one cabinets as required for hanging unit or suitable holes to fix to the wall.
  • All cabinets structures are different as ; hights,weight and depth but must be international standard compliance
  • Color are RAL 9005 black,RAL 7035 light grey type of smooth or wrinkle.
